Will these transfer orders, improve efficiency of Delhi Police force which is having much numbers of staff than any other metropolis across the country?

Such type of transfers should be frequent and sho should be closely monitored because this is the person who handles law and order and always give rise to corruption
Sho,s give generally huge bribe to get themselves posted as shown and some police station are more lucrative and most sought after
If sho,s are frequently transferred they can not recover the money they pay for transfer and shall be discouraged
