44 UAPA Nodal officers nominated
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has updated the list of nominated 44 Nodal Officers who will be responsible for the implementation of Section 51A of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act-1967.Apart from Government of India, every state and UTs will have Nodal officers.
