The Supreme Court Collegium has approved the proposal for appointment of five Additional Judges of Karnataka High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court. Accordingly, the name of Justice Dixit Krishna Shripad,  Justice Shankar Ganapathi Pandit, Justice Ramakrishna Devdas,  Justice Bhotanhosur Mallikarjuna Shyam Prasad, and Justice Siddappa Sunil Dutt Yadav have been recommended.
