Five IRS(C&IT) officers have been promoted to Commissioner grade against the panel year 2023. They are: Ashok Kukmar, Saroj Kumar Behara, Raut Pandurang Kondiram, Rajiv Magoo and K. Padmavathy. They are 2006 batch officers.
