6 ICAS officers of 2011 batch promoted to JAG

Six officers of Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) of 2011 batch have been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG). The officers are: Dr. Richa Pandey, Padamsing Pradipsing Patil, Neeraj Kulhari, Vaibhav Chandrakant Ghalme, Mrs. Laboni Das Dutta and Harprit K Singh. Four of the promoted officers have been given new posting following promotion. Dr Richa Pandey has been posted as Deputy CGA, Office of CGA, New Delhi; Padamsing Pradipsing Pati as Director (A/cs), Department of Fertilizers, New Delhi; Vaibhav Chandrakant Ghalme as Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi and Mrs. Laboni Das Dutta is appointed as Controller of Accounts, Ministry of PPG&P, New Delhi upon promotion to the JAG.
