UP govt has given Higher Scale to 6 PCS officers . They are- Saish Kumar , 1989 batch, Satyabhan, 1989, Akhilesh Kumar, 1990, Amitabh Prakash, 1990 , Shiv Bhushan Tiwari, 1992 and Ramavtar, 1993 batch officer.
