60% posts are for Directors under CSS

Under Central Staffing Scheme(CSS) about 40 per cent posts are of JS and above while remainig 60 per cent posts are at the level of Directors/ Dy Secretaries i.e.the Middle Management level. There are  933 posts under CSS. Approximate 390 are for JS and above.
