7 Non-SCS officers promoted as IAS in Bihar
Seven officers of the Non State Civil Service of Bihar have been appointed to Indian Administrative Service and awarded Bihar cadre. The officers are: Anil Kumar Jha, Sanjeev Mittal, Sanjay Kumar, Ruby, Krishna Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Singh and Abhay Jha.
