7th CPC provisions do not apply to Retd. Defence absorbees in PSUs ?

The order on implementation of Central Government’s decision on the recommendations of the 7th CPC on revision of pension of Pre- January 1, 2016 retired Armed forces pensioners/Family pensioners does not apply to Retired Defence absorbees in Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Body who have drawn lump sum payment of pro rata pension, whose 43 per cent (in case of Commissioned Officer) and 45 per cent( in case of JCOs and ORs ) pension has been restored.
