8 C’garh IAS officers promoted to Secy rank
The Chhattisgarh Government has promoted eight IAS officers of 2003 batch from Special Secretary to Secretary rank. They are--Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi , Reena Babasaheb Kangale, Ritu Sain, Avinash Champawat, L Kulbhushan Toppo, Narendra Kumar Shukla, Niranjan Das and Emil Lakda.
