A book by former Coal Secretary on Coal Sector

Now available on Pothi, Amazon and Flipkart: "Coalmen Chronicles", an anthology of professional experience and vision of eight captains of India’s Coal Industry who worked in the sector during the most happening era in the coalfields of India. Their narratives cover a period spread over five decades since 1960. These writings reveal the complexity of situations they worked in, the challenges they faced and the stellar contributions they made to India’s coal sector. Some of them have also written their thoughts on the future of India’s coal sector. The narratives have been edited and published by former Coal Secretary, PK Mishra, a former IAS official of 1966 Batch of Odisha Cadre.
