A K Sinha appointed PCE, ECR

Amresh Kumar Sinha, who is presently posted in East Central Railway (ECR), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
