A serious patient in AIIMS gets operation date after five years

 AIIMS Delhi will be performing operations upon a serious patient after five years. As per AIIMS OPD receipt dated November 15, 2021, the famous institute has given the date in 2026 to one Shubh Mishra. But it has referred him to other hospitals like- Saferdarganj and RML hospital in Delhi. The patient is suffering from a serious ailment which requires early operation. Experts asked what for AIIMS if they can't provide relief to a common patient ?
