AA Rao appointed CE (Works), SCR

A Achuta Rao, who is presently posted in South Central Railway (SCR), has been appointed in higher administrative grade (HAG) and posted as Chief Engineer (Works) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
