Abdul Tahir has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Indpendent Director of Reliable Ventures India Limited owing to personal reasons and his busy schedule. He has been replaced by P Gopinath. Meanwhile, another Whole-Time Director Rajendra Malpani – who was also serving as the company’s CFO – has ceased to hold the office due to personal reasons.
