Nikhil Modha appointed CFO (Designate) & SMP effective April 1, 2026 (full CFO January 1, 2027). Marco Agnolin (ex-Inditex/Zara/Bershka/Diesel, fast-fashion expert) appointed CEO – OWND! & SMP effective April 6, 2026.
