Again induction of non-IAS officer for Member (PPP) in NHAI?

Whisper has it that again names of non-IAS officers are being sent to ACC for the induction of Member (PPP), NHAI. Last year, Member Finance was appointed from a non-IAS cadre out of two names from Andhra Pradesh despite the unhappiness of Cabinet Secretary. This time, two names from Andhra Pradesh are again expected to be selected at the meeting to be held on July 7.
