AGMUT SCS officers hope timely promotion to IAS grade with two new UT J&K, Ladhak

The officers of DANICS, State Civil Services (SCS) of AGMUT cadre are pinning hopes on the bifurcation of Jammu & Kashmir as two Union Territories: Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh as far as their timely promotion is concerned. They are looking forward to the promotion, due to expansion of AGMUT cadre. The officers of AGMUT SCS are promoted to IAS cadre after 24 years of service while SCS officers get awarded IAS cadre after 12-15 years of service in other States in the country.
