AIPRs not updated since 2015

If one goes to DGFT website and wants to know the Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPRs) of Indian Trade Service (ITS) officers, he will get details upto 2015 only. It is clear that the department has no time to update the important details. Govt wants to give maximum details about govt offices and officers' but the deptt has no time to update details even after five years. According to available information, four ITS officers failed to submit their AIPRs in 2015.
