Air Force circles say it could be outgoing Air Chief Marshal B S Dhanoa who might have suggested name of Air Marshal H S Arora for the post of Vice Chief of Air Staff (VCAS). However, recommendations don’t count very much in the PMO as a due process of selection is followed.
