AIS Disciplinary Powers !

While State after State ruled by opposition is intending to denotify CBI, inquiries for fear of getting implicated, reliable sources indicate that Centre may denotify the delegation of its powers to States under All India Services Disciplinary and Appeal Rules to nullify the chances of  bureaucrats, IAS and IPS, from succumbing under State politicians and hushing up the investigations withdrawn from CBI.
