AISBOF wants accountability aspect shared when loans disbursed

All India State Bank Officers’ Federation has demanded that there is a need to ensure that all instructions from superiors are in ‘writing’ and not ‘oral’. It is also to be ensured that undue pressure to grant a particular loan is not exerted on officers down the line. Under a committee approach, the accountability aspect has to be shared and not just passed on to implementing officers down the line.
