Ajay Kumar appointed ED, RBI

Ajay Kumar has been appointed as Executive Director (ED) of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) with effect from August 20, 2021. Prior to being promoted as ED, Kumar was heading the New Delhi Regional Office of the Bank as Regional Director. As Executive Director, Kumar will look after the Department of Currency Management, the Foreign Exchange Department thand the Premises Department.
