Ajit Kumar shifted from PMO as Dy Secy in MHA

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the lateral shift of Ajit Kumar, from the post of Deputy Secretary, Prime Minister's Office to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for a period upto Febraury 24, 2022 (i.e. combined tenure of seven years at the Centre).  He is an IAS officer of Kerala cadre of 2006 batch.
