AK Gupta appointed CAO (C), NER

Abhay Kumar Gupta, who is presently posted as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been transferred to North Eastern Railway (NER) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) (Construction).  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
