Ashok Kumar Mahtha, who is being relieved from the post of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Dhanbad, in East Central Railway (ECR), has been posted as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Ranchi. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRESE) officer.
