AK Singh shifted as CAO (C), West Central Railway
Arvind Kumar Singh, who is presently working as Chief Project Director (CPD), Bridge Workshop (BW) in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Construction. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
