AK Sinha shifted as PCME, NCR

Animesh Kumar Sinha has been transferred from Rail Coach Factory (RCF)  to North Central Railway (NCR) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
