Ajay Kumar Srivastava , Executive Director (ED), Indian Overseas Bank, has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the bank for a period of three years with effect from January 1, 2023. Meanwhile, he has been re-appointed as ED, IOB, for a period beyond his currently notified term, which expires on October 8, 2022, until he assumes the charge of MD & CEO.
