All ministries/ departments receiving COVID related grievances

From March 30 to May 14 this year, various ministries and departments of Govt of India have received 61,818 COVID issue related grievances. Among these 53749 grievances have been disposed off. Maximum 23721 grievances were received by the PMO during the said period but there is no pending case in PMO. MEA received 7469, Financial Services 6088, Ministry of Labour & Employment 3058, Health Ministry 2540 and MHA received 2331. Cumulative disposal rate was more than 90%.
