All orders not being uploaded on DoPT website

DoPT is the biggest source of information related to officers, but resentment is growing among officers of various services that why the DoPT is putting transfer/ promotions and other service related orders on its website selectively. Even many times, orders related to other Central Services are sent directly to the concerned ministry. It takes time to reach the order to concern officials whereas many orders are uploaded on the website the same day. Officers of many civil services are sore over the biased attitude of the DoPT. They say that this Govt insists on transparency and favours maximum information should be uploaded on website but this attitude is hampering the sole purpose of the govt. They hope the concerned minister should look into the matter so that officers of all services should get equal treatment.
