Similarly, Daulat A Hawaldar has been assigned Finance, Mines and Geology, Planning & Statistics, Town & Country Planning; P S Reddy gets charge of Ports, River, Navigatoin, Fisheries, Legal Metrology; Kunal was made Chief Electoral Officer, Secretary Elections; Rupesh Kumar as Secretary to Governor, Transport, Panchayat and Rural Development; Mrs Nila Mohanan gets charge of Education, Industries, Trade & Commerce, Health, Handicrafts, Textiles & Coir; Sanjay Kumar was given as Revenue, Social Welfare, NRI Affairs, Factories and Boilers; J Ashok Kumar as Secretary to Chief Minister, Sports & Youth Affairs, Tourism, Nodal officer for ODF & Swatch, Bharat Mission; Chokha Ram Garg gets charge of Women and Child Development, Tribal Welfare, Art& Culture, Skill Development & Entrepreneruship, Archaelogy, Archives, Cooperation, Law & Judiciary and Legislative Affairs; Sanjay Gihar gets charge of Water Resources, Provedoria, Official Language, Public Grievances, Member Secretary, Goa State Commission for Protectoin of Child Rights; Kuldeep Singh gets charge of Agriculture, Housing, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services,  Protocoal; Ravi Jha gets charge of IT, Labour and Employment and Ms Usha Khosla was given charge of GAD, Civil Supplies, Goa Gazetter, Printing & Stationery and Museum and Hemant was made as Inspector General of Prisons, Panaji with additional charge of Executive Director, Sports Authority of Goa and Ms Vandana Rao was appointed as Director of Education.
