MHA has categorically asked the states/ UTs to allow smooth movement of all medical professional, nurses, para-medical staff, sanitation personnel, Ambulances and ensure the opening of all private clinics, nursing homes and labs with their medical professionals and staff. In his letter to Chief Secretaries of states/UTs, the Home Secretary on Monday  has directed that medical and para-medical staff should also be facilitated inter - state, wherever required. This issue was raised in the video conference with Cabinet Secretary on Sunday and Cab Sec reportedly expressed his displeasure that Haryana and UP administration are not allowing such staff. And because of this, health services in Delhi, Noida, Gurgram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Sonipat lead to severe constraints in rendering COVID and non-COVID services.
