In NCR, COVID rules are reportedly creating problems in other neighbouring states. As per Delhi guidelines, an Asymptomatic COVID patient, if tested in Delhi, sends back with instructions to stay in home isolation. But UP guidelines say a COVID patient, symptomatic or asymptomatic, has to be admitted to hospital. Home isolation is not allowed. Now the problem started when Delhi tested the person home quarantined himself /herself and RWA informed the district Administration about such cases. Even the majority of such patients resist going to hospitals. According to experts, this is because there is no common rule for NCR and states are free to do as per their rules.
