Amit Chadha to take over as L&T Technology Services CEO

L&T Technology Services Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director Amit Chadha will take over the role of the company’s CEO and Managing Director on April 1, 2021.He will take over the reins from the present CEO and MD Dr Keshab Panda – whose term has been extended till March 31, 2021. Dr Panda has been appointed as Non-Executive Director from April 1, 2021. Meanwhile, Mr Chadha’s term as Deputy CEO and Whole-Time Director has also been extended till March 31. Meanwhile, R Chandrasekaran has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company.
