Amit Grover appointed MD, Pankaj Piyush Trade & Investment Ltd

Amit Grover has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director of Pankaj Piyush Trade & Investment Limited. He succeeds Vinod Kumar Bansal, who has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the company. Besides, Anshul Sakuja has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive Director), Prateek Kumar as Additional Director (Independent Director) and Ms. Anupma Kashyap as Additional Director (Independent Director) of the company. In addition, Ms. Khusboo Agarwal and Ms. Renu Kathuria have resigned as Directors of the company.
