Amit Raje is Addl Director, Mahindra Finance

Amit Raje has been appointed Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) on the Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited. Presently, Raje is Executive Vice-President (Partnerships & Alliances) of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, which is the holding company.  Meanwhile, VS Parthasarathy has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
