The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has reportedly picked up an officer of Indian Revenue Service for the post of Director General of Competition Commission of India (CCI). A panel of three names was recommended by a Selection Panel headed by Chairperson CCI and the name of the IRS officer was selected by the Ministry.
