The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Ltd has approved transition of Anand Mahindra, Executive Chairman to the role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from April 1, 2020 and his re-designation as a Non-Executive Chairman of the company with effect from April 1, 2020.
