Anand Swaroop moved as PCME, ECoR

Anand Swaroop, currently serving at Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), has been transferred to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and appointed as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
