Anish Shah appointed Chairman, M&M Financial Services

Dr. Anish Shah has been appointed Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited. He succeeded Dhananjay Mungale, who has resigned from the Chairman’s post but will continue to serve as an Independent Director. Besides, Dr. Rebecca Nugent and Mr. Amit Raje have been appointed as Independent Director and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company respectively.
