Anurag and Mathur have better chance
If govt goes by seniority, then Anurag has fare chance to become new Member Traffic Presently he is Addl member Traffic in RB, Sunil Mathur is also posted as Addl Member T&C in Railway Bhawan. Both Anurag and Mathur are scheduled to retire in December this year and March , 2020 respectively.
