Appointment of new CMD, HLL Lifecare Ltd under process

The appointment of a Joint Secretary level officer for the post of new Chairman-cum-Managing Director, HLL Lifecare Ltd is under the process at the concerned Ministry. Dr Rakesh Kumar Vats, Additional Secretary, is presently holding an additional charge of this post. The post has been lying vacant since June 1, 2016 with the retirement of incumbent M Ayyappan on May 31, 2016.
