Appointment of two HDFC Bank Directors put on hold

Sashidhar Jagdishan and Bhavesh Zaveri have resigned as Additional Directors on the Board of HDFC Bank in compliance with RBI directives. The Board of Directors of the Bank shall examine and consider their appointments once the new MD and CEO assumes charge.
