Appointment orders of Rungta as CMD, FACT issued

The appointment orders of Kishore Rungta, Director (Finance), ECIL, as Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) have been issued by the Government of India.
