Dr. Deepali Pant Joshi has been appointed as Additional Director, to be designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, of Coromandel International Limited. Meanwhile, Sankarasubramanian S has been appointed as Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director-Nutrient Business, while Dr. Raghuram Devarakonda has been made Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director-Crop Protection, Bio Products & Retail Business. All the appointments are effective from February 1, 2023.
