Appointments in Deep Energy Resources Ltd

Shail Manoj Savla has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Shaily Jatin Dedhia  has been made Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of Deep Energy Resources Limited. Meanwhile, Kirit Shelat and Renuka Upadhyay have resigned from the position of Independent directors in the company. Likewise, Dharen Shantilal Savla has resigned from the position of Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director in the company.
