Appointments in Gopala Polyplast Ltd

Anil Goyal has been appointed as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, while Nirav Raval has been made Executive Director of Gopala Polyplast Limited.  Other appointments include Prakash H Parekh as Director, Rakesh Lahoti as Non-Executive Independent Director and Ms Meenu Maheshwari as Non-Executive Indpendent Woman Director.  Meanwhile, three directors – Manoj M Somani, Kishori Lal Sonthalia, Manish M Somani – have resigned from their posts.
