Appointments in IMCL

Jasmine Shah has been appointed as Additional Director and Chairman of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited. Besides, Professor Mahesh Verma and Salil Singhal have been inducted as Additional Director and Independent Director respectively. In addition, Vinayak Chatterjee has been re-appointed as Independent Director. Meanwhile, Ms, Vineeta Rai - who ceased to be Nominee Director of Government of NCT of Delhi - was also inducted as Independent Director.
