Appointments in Indo-Global Enterprises Ltd

Kevin Kapadia has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive) cum Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Indo-Global Enterprises Limited. Besides, Deepak Patel has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent) while Ms Kruti Kapadia has been made Additional Women Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the company. Meanwhile, Shailesh Vaishnav, Rajesh Patel and Arvindkumar Patel have resigned as Directors of the company.
